The three books that I choose from what I remember from my childhood that were most influential are Goosebumps: Attack of the Mutant, Mr Poppers Penguins, and Corduroy. The reason why Goosebumps: Attack of the Mutant was so influential was because of the twist with the superhero story, for Mr Poppers Penguins it was how the story introduction these little creatures (penguins) has a little family member like a pet, and for Corduroy what was the influential about it was how a teddy bear would come to life to look for his button when mall was closed. Another reason why I know these books were influential was because of how I only could remember only these three.
